How the App Works

City Selection

You manually select the cities you want to view. This choice is stored locally on your device and is never transmitted to us.

Weather Data

Weather information is provided by Apple Weather. When you select a city, a request is made to Apple's WeatherKit service to fetch current conditions and forecasts. Apple processes this data according to their Privacy Policy. Location information used for weather requests is not associated with any personally identifiable information and is never tracked between requests.

Image Generation

Wiso generates unique cityscape images based on weather conditions and time of day. Only generic parameters (city name, weather type, time of day) are used to generate images. No personal information is ever included.

Data Storage

All preferences and selected cities are stored locally on your device. If you delete the app, this data is removed.

Third-Party Services

Wiso uses the following services:

• Apple Weather – Provides weather data via WeatherKit. Governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.

Children's Privacy

Wiso does not collect any personal information from anyone, including children. The app is suitable for all ages.

Your Rights

Since we don't collect any data, there is nothing to access, modify, or delete on our end. Your city preferences are stored only on your device and can be cleared by deleting the app.
